I think we just have to have at least one good flooding a year in our basement to make sure things are normal around here.
This time it was from a broken toilet upstairs that ran ALL NIGHT LONG...

Oh man! The water damage was worse than I thought. I am glad it didn't flood into Lydia's room. That would have been tragic with the new carpet, sheetrock & paint. I am so sorry Gwen!
