Tonight while preparing tacos for dinner, I pulled out a brand new box of hard taco shells and found that most of them were broken. As I was pulling them out of the box, the following conversation took place:
M: Wow Wyatt (who had requested the hard shells), these taco shells are hammered.
W: What does hammered mean?
M: It means they are crushed and broken.
W: Oh....isn't that what happened to our soccer team?
Yep, I'm not only impressed with his memory, but that he can so quickly and easily relate new words that he's learning.
